A 1 & 1/4 hour Holistic Consultation incorporating principals from many therapies; Physiotherapy, Massage, Aromatherapy, Yoga and Holistic Nutritional Therapy. A full and thorough verbal consultation designed to look at your past and current health, present day lifestyle habits and fitness, diet and exercise regimes. How does it work? You will be guided through a very thorough assessment that will look at all areas of your health and lifestyle. This is done verbally and takes 1 hour. You will realise you have been encouraged to effortlessly discover the areas of your life in which you would like to make changes and to verbalise your own aims and goals. 15 minutes is then spent setting suitable, achievable targets for the immediate and longer term based directly on the assessment. With these aims, and your current situation and lifestyle in mind, Jo will outline possible courses of treatment that will get you to your goals in the best and most helpful way to you. You will be provided with a simple, practical plan to take away with you. Worried you will be asked to do things and make changes you don't want to? Worry no more! You will be fully involved in your assessment and will be encouraged and guided to set your own appropriate and realistic goals. What does this offer?
